Engage.
Book an engineering requirements consultation, system interface review, or a comprehensive technical specification audit.
Direct contact with Maria Ivanova, requirements consultant since 2018 in Denver, Colorado. Our practice handles technical baselines for capital equipment, aerospace assemblies, and multi-contractor physical-digital systems where ambiguous definitions create vendor disputes.
Initial technical scope evaluations take one to three working days. Focused working sessions run for fifty-five minutes and address either one discrete interface boundary or fifty requirement lines under INCOSE and EARS syntactic standards.
Prepare.
How to structure your technical materials before the first working session to ensure maximum progress.
We do not bill clients for reading background marketing memos. To evaluate your engineering requirements within one to three days, submit your documents in their current raw technical state:
- Interface definitions: Existing pinouts, physical clearances, fluid flow rates, or software API schemas shared between contractors.
- Requirements files: Raw CSV exports, DOORS databases, Jama sets, or Excel tables showing current requirement phrasing and verification flags.
- Stage-gate criteria: Acceptance test procedures or customer purchase order conditions required for delivery sign-off.
A standard consultation session lasts 55 minutes. We review exact requirement IDs, mark ambiguous terms, and resolve boundary ownership directly with your engineering leads.
